BORN TODAY (2019)


In collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health, the Brave Heart Fund Launched its nationwide multimedia campaign to raise awareness about the devastating impact Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) can have on infants, children, teens and their families and encourage early detection, highlight the need for increased education, support services, and research funding, and enhance standards of care for children diagnosed with CHD.

Entitled "BORN TODAY" the multimedia media awareness campaign consisted of a bold and touching concept, developed and produced by award-winning advertising agency Impact BBDO, who has supported the Brave Heart Fund for the past 13 years. To commemorate 15 years of saving little hearts, the campaign showcased the scars beneath the shirts of children, some now young adults, who were touched by a congenital heart defect. The scars were very real and served as constant reminders of their fight to live. The multimedia campaign, which included a TV Infomercial, radio spots, outdoor panels, print advertisements and social media activations, was launch through the rest of February and during the month of March.
